AquaPure started with a boring domestic complaint: the shower in a hard-water part of the UK that left skin tight and hair that never quite felt clean.
The fix that actually made a difference wasn't a new shower head or a different shampoo. It was filtering the water before it came out. Chlorine is added to UK tap water for good reason — it keeps the supply safe — but there is no reason to stand under the residue every morning if you don't have to.
What we sell, and what we don't
We sell one thing: a shower filter that reduces chlorine and sediment, fits the shower you already own, and costs less than a decent bottle of shampoo. We would rather sell one product properly than list forty.
We also try to be straight about what it can't do. A shower filter is not a water softener — it will not stop limescale on your taps or in your kettle, because it doesn't remove dissolved calcium and magnesium. Anyone telling you a £22 device softens your water is selling you something. What it does is take out the chlorine and particulates, which is a real and noticeable change.
How we operate
We're a small UK-registered online shop. Stock is shipped direct from our manufacturing partner, which is why orders take a little longer to arrive than a next-day retailer and why we can keep the price where it is. We say so plainly on every product page and at checkout rather than burying it in the small print.
If something arrives damaged, doesn't fit, or just isn't what you hoped for, you have 30 days to send it back. Questions go to vamsidevalla99@gmail.com and a real person answers them.
