Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- Order processing: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch
- Cost: £2.95 tracked delivery on every order
- Tracking: a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can check it any time on our order tracking page
Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than a UK-warehoused retailer. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you after you've paid. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs and courier delays are outside our control, but if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us and we will either resend it or refund you.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number. It can take 24–48 hours before the carrier registers the first scan, and long gaps between scans are normal on international routes — the parcel is usually moving even when the tracking page is quiet.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund.
- The item must be in a resaleable condition. Opening the box to check the fitting is fine; a cartridge that has had water run through it is not resaleable.
- Email vamsidevalla99@gmail.com with your order number to start a return and we'll send you the address.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
Faulty or damaged items
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you in full, including postage. You do not need to return a damaged item before we act on it.
Cancellations
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the order — our 30-day policy is more generous than that and sits alongside it, and neither affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
