Before you write

A few things are answered faster by the pages we've already written:

• Will it fit my shower? The FAQ covers the thread size and the two setups it won't fit.
• How do I install it? Step by step in the fitting guide.
• Where is my order, or how do I return it? Timings and the returns process are in Shipping & Returns.

If your shower is unusual and you're not sure the filter will fit, send us a photo of the shower arm before you order. We would rather tell you it won't work than take the sale.
